Sabtu malam, 24 November 2007. Setelah kebingungan mencari orang-orang yang hendak diajak maen. Setelah berdebat tak berujung hendak maen kemana. Setelah memastikan bahwa kita tidak bisa berkaraoke di Happy Puppies karena super penuh dan mengantri. Yasu, akhirnya kita kembali ke rencana awal, ke Saphire untuk bermain bowling.

Whehehe, ternyata menyenangkan juga maen bowling yak? Menggelindingkan bola yang rada berat ke arah target. Brooollll!. Strike!!! Yes,, bisa strike sekali .. lebih gampang daripada maen bowling di 3530 :p. Foto di samping diambil setelah selesai satu set, 4 lawan 3 orang, habis 160-an ribu (sewa lane, sepatu dan beli kaos kaki@5000). Ayo ndi, kita maen bowling lagiy!

Senin malam, 26 November 2007. GosonX, Pramur, dan aku sepakat untuk makan ramen. Mulanya aku yang kelaparan mengajak GosonX unutk makan, tapi seperti biasa kamu tidak tahu hendak makan kemana. Sewaktu GosonX hendak mengajak Pramur makan, aku nyeletuk: “Ramen, kilometer 10!”.

Setelah di-gugling,oh dasar orang sok IT, akhirnya kita mendapatkan informasi tentang lokasi dan juga keyakinan bahwa malam masih buka. Blog yang kami jadikan referensi kebetulan adalah blognya jeng matriphe (kenalan sewaktu jaman helpjogja dan ternyata kenalan si manusia-fetish-ayanami). Jeng matriphe, yang waktu itu berkunjung bersama manusia-fetish-ayanami dkk, menamai ramen ini sebagai ramen Romusha yang sepertinya memang tidak salah. Mangkuknya lebih mirip ember/baskom daripada mangkuk mie. Anehnya, saya malah bisa menghabiskan porsi segedhe gaban ini lebih dulu dari di Gosonx dan Pramur. Ah, kalian memang masih cupu!! :p

So, yesterday dinner menu waswere:

• Roasted chicken (ayam bakar)
• Pepes tahu (tofu)
• Sambel terong

The should be simple dinner had been turned around into Padang-like dining . My wife wasn’t paying attention to the tag “pedess” so she was kinda disagree with me when I told her it’s “pedes” while having the dine. But it was pedas, and she agreed after a while during the waiting for cab.

Uh oh, we recommend this lesehan “Sego Penyet Banyuwangi” to all hot and pedess loving ppl. It’s near the pusat bahasa、right after the junction to Sardjito. Next to it would be the infamous Pepes Sunda and Soto Cak Sukar. Too bad I cannot pinpoint it diresctly for there’s no map 2.0 for Jakal cullinary spot.

In contrast with my plan to make this month a tight budget month, we start this February with a dinner at Yanagi Sushi at Gejayan street.

We can feel the Japanese atmosphere from the waitress’ dress and behaviour. And also from the decoration. One thing bother me is the big illustration on the wall showing a picture of drunken Western people while having meal with girls with kimono. I meant, why didn’t they made it all japanese?. Though the waitress did perform common japanese behaviour like bows, how to say sorry (though in Bahasa), and other body languages, I don’t feel being so much in Japanese room. Well, I guess the japanese atmosphere is below my expectation.

Anyway it was a fun experience. And I guess my tongue doesn’t quite fit sushi :p. Maybe I wasn’t hungry enough .

So, anybody know where I can eat ramen in Jogja?

Just when I star punching my keyboard after ging back from Tugu, Rio came to my chamber and talking about some delicious strawberry cheese cake he ate on Parsley not so long ago. He persuaded me to taste it to . Hey, that’ll be fun. I’m not to hungry but I still ahve to eat something. Some cake won;t make my stomach too full so i really think it’ll be nice to ahve those cakes.

What d ya know. Rio and I (Rio did) found a secret chamber . nah, it’s a rather hidden room, you won’t see it form the front side of the store since it’s built on the left side of the main building.

Wooden chair and table, dim light, a fan to keep you naturally cool. have said there’s also a candle for each table? The room consist of like 6-10 tables, some with two seat, other for bigger group. On the other side of the entrance, there are green plant on teh wall, accompanied by dripping water, presented with a nice intensity of light. On the other side of the room ther’s a tree, with little bulbs hanged on to.

Since there are no available starwberry chese cake in teh kitchen, we ordered something different. I chose Croissant sandwich (croissant, smoked beef, and a Twister-like salad and sauce). On the other side of the table Rio ordered Salami Pizza. he’ll tell you more bout this food in his blog later .

malam ini makan Paket 1 ma Fresh Garden Salad. Ini yang kali keua aku makan Fresh Garden Saladnya Colonel Sanders. Dari namanya bisa ditebak, fresh! Bener-bener sayurannya tuh segar. Jadi krius-krius gitu. yang paling aku suka parutan wortel nya. Serasa minum aer es (loh?). Hehehe, maksudku tuh seger banget. Selain itu ada paprikanya ma bawang bombay (?). Ini enak pas dimakan tapi ninggalin rsa rada gimana gitu di mulut pas udah selesai.

Hmm, kepikiran buat nambah satu kategori: Culinary? Hehehehe, keberatan kaleee. Apa ya enaknya? Makan-makan? Eatings? Ah, Foods . Got it
