It’s eally crappy when you have this kinda feeling. Ouch, I shouldn’t talk about disorientation. It’s bad for self-promotion. Yada yada yada.
I’m in the progress on revamping my site. So far I have managed to make it even worse than the original version. So worse that it cast away my mood to code the enhancement code into it. Darn.
Uh oh, having read about what Shawn Fanning just did (creating Rupture, see prev post). I feel a strong wind upon my dream. You know, I use to dream about being a software developer, preferably within open source environment. I was aiming at Qt but it didn’t goes well enough. I did play with a lil bit of Qt when hacking Kbfx. “Deep” enough so that I know how to use and add DCOP into kde app (huhuhu *synister*). But it wasn’t good enough to make me able to finish any job. Web 2.0 hype lately has waken me up. I smell something fresh within the air. I’m dreaming of new things. Noooo, it’s not Ruby on Rails. It’s still plain old silly PHP. Of course with Javascript. Oh yeah, definitely it MUST scale. And it’s better be related to a social network. Silly you, of course it should play in niche market. You kidding me?! You have such kind of job?! Man, I’m so envy.
