Talk is cheap, show me the code
Yep, it’s me again blabbering about my so-called business :p. I started to earn traffic on toukakouka.com, painfully :D. Not many new member yet though. Anyway, back to site promotion subject. I’ve got two suggestions we could use to promote our site. As you may know, bringing initial traffic is quite hard, not to mention to keep the traffic in steady number. Once you’ve made user came to your site, you must make sure they can come back any time soon. Suggestion #1, create a spesific and uniqe content. Kidna rotten idea eh? Yes, it’s a basic thing. You may follow what Oskar has done on his Permagnus.com. There’re many stock related post lately. And it’s a good thing™ ;). May not be so useful for a uber-stock-analyst but may be very attractive for beginner like me :D. And that’s unique!
Next thing, give what people love most. Free stuff? Oh yeah, we all love free stuff. Free coupons, promo codes, etc. Give it away once a week or so. Do some variation and make the process exciting. That will give an extra boost over just free stuff. If you have extra cash, you can give away something cooler. Ipod Nano or something lux will be better ;). If you don’t have extra cash, well, you can use our trusted uncle aid. Uncle Google would be definitely happy to look upon his database for some freebies. You can use it as your give away free gift
More? I’ve given you two ideas. Don’t be greedy :p. Okay, I’ll give you two more as bonus. You’re very lucky this time.
Okay, still with free gift, you can buy things in bulk and then customize it so you can have your own unique gift. How’s that sound? You can use site like ePromos.com to buy such thing. There’re many stuff priced under $1. That’ll give you a very flexible give away plan, maybe a whole year ;), and the year after.
To make you visitor event astonished, try a geo-aware ad. Contextual ad is a thing and geo-aware ad is another thing. I thing it’d be nice to have an ad showing nearest McDonald than McDonald on other state :p. Use this GeoAdsWeb.com as a start. Happy promoting site. Ganbatte kudasai!
