Introducing my first debut to public service business. ToukaKouka.Com is a link exchange service provider. The concept copied the “touka kouka” principle found in FullMetallAlchemist (Hagane no Renkinjutsushi) anime. For every impression you made, you’ll have equal impression for exhange. Example: if you display my link (via toukakouka.com mechanism), then I will owe you an impression. This debt will be executed (fullfilled) when someone visit my link.
