Bathroom Thinking
Do you often found new ideas when taking a bath? You’re not alone buddy! 
I just read stwn blog about procrastnator characteristic. There are four of them, and I guess I match all four requirement needed to be a procrastinator :D.
So, what procrastinator has to do with thinking in the bathroom? I was taking a bath when I think the key to get rid of procrastination is a positive thinking. I believe what has been the reason to postphone thing is a negative thought. A worry feeling of nothing will turn good when we do the activity within current timespan. So that’s it, you need to think positive that you have nothing to lose if you do the activity right away. But bear one think in your mind, positive thinking is _not_ the kind of feeling of blaming yourself almost every time.
I love Konqi
Despite its own distinct rendering visual compared to other browser, I still love Konqi. Not only it’s a one stop solution for me, but it also capable of rendering great japanese font. And you can guess it, I love japanese stuff! Ouch, it’s getting subjective eh? :p
BTW, any of you have any info about Rie Tomosaka or Eri Sakamoto? I just listened to her “Ito Shi I Toko” song. It’s great and I want to see the lyric. Got one?
3 days worth advice
Never ever take any database from two different customized product and then put it into a new integration test environment. The schema is indeed the same but some reference records are just plain different!!
It took me long for there are some misleading clues, though the foreign key error has already been there in the first place. What a moron!
No dirty hack please
I’m a somewhat perfectionist person, so I will always try to do everything in an elegant way (please exclude room management). Given a task, I’ll always try to avoid dirty hack, unless it’s unavoidable for some reason e.g.: time limit.
I currently have a bad mood. And it’s affect how I do thing, sometimes trap me inside a panic situation. I should calm myself down and do my task incrementally. Meanwhile, I have several homework to do. It’s more into need than an obligation. Those are:
- a non painful product customizing procedure
- a fast-implemented test framework, without unit testing
Dirty hack, come to daddy. Let’s forget what we can’t debug tomorrow.
Kopete 0.12-alpha1
It is not a bad Sunday afterall. A great news came into my day via akregator. A new Kopete (alpha) release featuring yahoo conference, adium chat style, and a bunch more. OMFG, conference support and a new eye candy feature!! Okay, I’m now trying to download new styles from Adium Xtras website. Meanwhile, you will need to be patience waiting my connection to be less shitty before you can enjoy any screenshot :).

If you have a “somthing.la us not a vald libray archive”, you may want to upgrade related lib (visible on -l parameter). I was having error on lbxml2.la is not a valid libaray archive and it was solved by updating lbxslt and libxml2.
Your Favorite TV Program
There are not many tv program that I like for real. It used to hard to name them, until this day, I finally realize that I have tv shows that I really love to watch.
- Gamertv. Yeah, I love video games. Uhmm, I love to see the graphic actually. I’m not good at playing them at all :D. I remember first time watching this tv show on MetroTV (local tv station) a few years ago. When I was still living in my hometown. Wow, it was high school era then. Hmm, did I remember it correctly? Nah, it must be somewhere during college time. This tv program provides me interesting game information. Review and sometime tips, though I’ve never use it. For God sake I don’t have any console or pc game!
- Game Sauce. This one is also a game guide and review show. It’s airplayed just rigth after gamertv. both are on NOW channel.
- Some program on Discovery channel. Mostly wildlife documentary.
- National geographic. I love that Zeng He exedition edition.
- American Chopper. Airplayed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday on discovery channel. I love this program. We can see OCC crews — Paul Sr., Paul Jr., Rick, and Vin, and sometime Michael. There are also Poole, Ron, hmm, and more
— building a chopper from scratch. Not that I can ride a motor cycle, for God sake I just love to watch the hand-made choppers being built :D.

The Intersection Principle
Intersection Principle adalah istilah yang saya pakai untuk mendefinisikan salah satu alasan yang menyebabkan terjadinya suatu fenomena dimana sebuah isu yang seharusnya global ternyata tidak menjadi perhatian semua orang.
Bagaimana mungkin ini bisa terjadi? Kata kuncinya adalah intersection. Apabila saya mengeluh dan mengumpat karena jidat saya terantuk pintu yang dibuat terlalu rendah, apakah anda akan menganggapnya pintu tersebut sebagai suatu masalah juga. Meskipun Anda tidak pernah menggunakan dan memang tidak ada kemungkinan sama sekali bahwa Anda akhirnya akan menggunakan pintu tersebut.

Entah sudah resmi diluncurkan atau belum, yang jelas barusan aja baca dari milis teknologia, ternyata telah ada sebuah situs yang sepertinya (belum bisa mengkonfirmasi) adalah representasi dari presiden SBY. Meskipun desainnya tidak begitu cocok di hati (jarak antar baris teks dalam suatu paragraf terlalu sempit, informasinya tampak bersesak-sesakan, dan desainnya sepertinya tidak meangadopsi trend saat ini — hint: web 2.0, pop), tetapi kandungan situsnya cukup memuaskan (paling tidak dalam ukuran saya). Ada RSS, podcast(!), ada bagian wawancara, kolom press release, dan beberapa detil lain yang belum sempat dieksplor. Semoga situs ini sbia membuat rakyat merasa semakin dekat dengan wakilnya. Semoga informasi bisa tersampaikan dengan berimbang. Mari kita sambut secara positif (klo ada saran sampein, klo ada hole ya kasih tau adminnya ;))

My Significant Other
These few days, I’ve felt myself gradually become somewhat ignorant. Well, I don’t know what posses me. So far, I have quite much idle time. The only task I should do is customizing a system: that is replacing some hardcoded string into another hardcoded string. These whole string replacing task lead me into a headache that I escape myself from it by thinking something else. Yeah, a significant other, a new woman that is.
