There are some idealisme might be applied in my new position. I’ve some thought before, though not much. So it’s time to take this new position as a guinea pig to see wether my idealisme or concept of work could be established (with good or even remarkable productivity, I suppose ). or the opposite, my concept should be sent to the nearest trash bin.

Since idealisme has been such a “taboo” thing here. FYI, project nature has always been standing against any existing idealisme. I guess I’ll play a lot negotiating act. Well, hopefully, everything will be okay and I can gain many benefit and knowledge from my new position. I wish I could use it well to enforce some thing I want to see happen here in my company.
